Contacting polite. : )

When you run into an issue with a manufacturer's or vendor's product or website, you should 'speak' up and let them know.  Most companies have a CONTACT US link on their websites or show a mailing address.  Be clear about the issue, but be polite. 

I recently had difficulties trying to print off coupons from the Kimberly-Clark website, so I contacted them by email.  Here is an email response I got today from Kimberly-Clark J
Dear Momma Bee,

Thanks for your e-mail about the electronic coupon offer from VIVA® towels.

We are sorry to learn that you were unable to print the coupon for VIVA towels. So that you may participate in this special offer, we are sending you a coupon of comparable value through the mail.
